Terms and conditions:

• ALL COTS/MOTS products are non-returnable and non-cancelable
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless previous credit arrangements have been made
• No warranties are implied beyond the stated manufacturer's warranty
• Freight charges are ex works from the manufacturers warehouse
• Mil-spec packaging and labeling is quoted separately
• By purchasing a product from Teckwest, you agree that any disputes in performance, quality or delivery will be handled by a 3rd party mediator
